Bring your teammates into the workspace so you can share dashboards, assign work and talk in one place.
Who can invite people
Owners and admins can invite anyone. Members can invite people from your company’s email domain if an admin allows it in Settings, Team.
Send an invitation
- Open Settings, then Team.
- Type one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
- Pick a role: Viewer, Member or Admin.
- Select Send invites. People get an email with a link that works for 7 days.
TipViewers are free on every plan. Use them for people who only need to read dashboards.
Roles at a glance

|---|---|
| Viewer | Read shared dashboards and reports |
| Member | Create and edit dashboards, apps and tasks |
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus billing and team settings |
